Why we exist
TriTech Search was founded in May 2026 by two principals with operating experience across recruitment, cyber sales, and the buyer side of regulated environments.
We started this firm because we believe the category can be done better. Most cyber recruitment competes on scarcity narratives that no longer hold. Time-to-fill has replaced fit. Volume has replaced judgement. The work is changing faster than the industry knows how to respond to.
We built TriTech Search to solve the real problem. Better scoping. Better matching. Retention as the primary metric. The platform and the methodology to support it.

What we stand for
Specialism over volume
We chose three verticals and we go deep. We do not chase every role that crosses our desk.
Retention over placement count
We measure ourselves on whether placements are still in role twelve months later. The metric changes the work.
Judgement over automation
Our platform removes administrative burden, but the matching decisions are made by consultants with operating experience. Technology supports judgement. It does not replace it.
Discretion by default
We apply the discretion the cleared sector requires across all our work, not just where the client demands it.
